This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made through sozance.com (“Website”), operated by Sozance Technologies LLP (“Sozance”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing any service or product from Sozance, you agree to this Policy.

1.⁠ ⁠Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases made through Sozance, including but not limited to:

Website design and development services

UI/UX design services

Branding and graphic design services

Automation and workflow setup services

Consulting, audits, and strategy services

Digital templates and downloadable products

Monthly subscription and retainer-based services

2.⁠ ⁠General Refund Rule

Because Sozance provides digital services and custom work, most deliverables involve time, resources, and immediate execution. Therefore:

All payments are generally non-refundable

once any of the following occurs:

the work has started, or

access to a service, consultation, or digital product has been provided, or

any deliverable has been shared or delivered (partially or fully), or

a project milestone has been approved by the customer.


3.⁠ ⁠Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as:

A) Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same invoice/order.

B) Incorrect Billing

If an incorrect amount is charged due to a verified technical billing issue.

C) Non-Delivery (Our Fault)

If you paid for a service/digital product and did not receive it due to a confirmed issue from our side.

D) Service Not Started (Case-by-case)

If you request cancellation and our team has not started any work. In such cases, a refund may be approved after deducting processing fees and administrative costs.


4.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Dissatisfaction due to personal preference or subjective expectations

Delays caused by customer unresponsiveness or missing inputs (content, approvals, feedback, credentials)

Work completed partially or fully as per the agreed scope

Third-party software/platform costs (hosting, domains, plugins, tools, subscriptions, API services) purchased on your behalf

Digital assets/templates once accessed, downloaded, or delivered

Consulting calls already conducted or scheduled within 24 hours

Promotional or discounted purchases unless required by law


5.⁠ ⁠Milestone & Project Work Refunds

For project-based services delivered in milestones, the following applies:

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable

If cancellation is requested mid-project, Sozance may issue a partial refund only for unused work remaining, at our sole discretion

Any completed work, planning, research, or documentation time is non-refundable

Sozance reserves the right to deliver completed work up to the cancellation date, even if a refund is approved for remaining work.


6.⁠ ⁠Subscription Services (Monthly/Retainer)

If you purchase a monthly subscription or retainer:

You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle

Cancellation stops future charges

Current billing period charges are generally non-refundable

If a refund is approved (rare), it may apply only to unused service time, and will be calculated at Sozance’s discretion.


7.⁠ ⁠Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers must contact Sozance before filing a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first:

we reserve the right to suspend services immediately

you may lose access to deliverables or ongoing support

future purchases may be restricted

We maintain records of work completed, communication history, and deliverable logs for dispute resolution.


8.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Refund

Include:

your full name / business name

payment receipt or invoice reference

date of payment

amount paid

detailed reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless required otherwise by applicable law.


9.⁠ ⁠Refund Review & Processing Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

refunds will be processed to the original payment method

processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider/bank

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or third-party payment processors.
